How do I know my document is in the technical, semi-technical, or general category?
- Technical documents are linked to specific topics where keywords are translated with respect to the domain while non-technical documents do not have any keywords. We can spare you the stress or cash by evaluating your document for free.
How much will it cost me to translate less than 250 words?
- It depends on the “less than”. You can contact us so that we discuss the details.
Are words like “a” counted among the 250 words?
- Hahahahha! Yes! Articles are among the 250 words. But, talk to us, we do not sell services, we create relationships.
When can one get the 30% reduction?
- The 30 percent reduction comes in when you have from 15 pages upward or when you have a 30% reduction coupon which comes after the sum of the pages in your different translations with us are up to 15 pages.
Do you people translate in all languages?
- No, we translate in English, French, Spanish and German. But, we can help connect you to and supervise any translation in a language that is out of our range.
How fast can one get his work done?
- This depends on the quantity of the work and on the technical nature of the translation. Talk to us.
Is there any additional cost for urgent services?
- There are no urgent services. The quantity of work is what makes the difference. It is a team of translators that take care of jobs. We are ready to throw the whole team on your job if necessary.
What is the difference between your services and Google translate or other translation programs?
- The team allocated to a job is made up of at least 2 translators who will contextualize the translation t your context. Google translate will not do that for you.
Can I have one interpreter for many languages?
- All our interpreters or translators master at least 3 languages.
Is there supplementary cost when I take the interpreter out of town?
- You can talk to us and we may allocate one of our interpreters in the town you want to go to. But if we have an available interpreter in the that town, you will be the one to take care of his lodging and displacement.
Am I to pay any fee when there is no work for the interpreter?

Who takes care of the medical bills when the interpreter is sick?
- The interpreters are insured. The insurance will do so.
What happens to me when my lone interpreter is sick and can no more perform his duty?

Is the tariff per day valid no matter the hour of the day?

Are there any weekly or monthly packages?

When can one receive a 40% reduction?
- The 40 percent reduction comes in when you have from 25 pages upward or when you have a 40% reduction coupon which comes after the sum of the pages in your different translations with us are up to 25 pages and you have not yet consumed the 30% reduction coupon.
